A1: ROLITE is a big group of all new energy technology and lighting equipment. ROLAMP is just the Indoor lighting products for Hotel/Project/House. 

Q2: How many workers and employee in ROLAMP factory?

A2: There are more than 350 workers in our factory and about 100 employees in different departments such as Manage/Sales/Purchase/Finance/Design/QC etc.

Q3: What kinds of ROLAMP’s Products’ Style and Quality?

A3: We focus on High quality indoor lighting products. Simple but special design for Hotel/Project/House using. We make all components of lighting products by ourselves including Tooling/Stamping/Bending/Welding/Polishing/Painting/Lampshade etc. 80Percent of our products are made of 304 Stainless Steels.

Q4: Cooperation common questions and terms:

A4: Packing: Brown inner box with black/white label. Brown master cartons with shipping mark. If need any color box/white box/special require, price may be different. Quotation: Valid for 60 days from quotation date. All price based on FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou. Payment: Our Trading Terms are 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid prior to delivery or against B/L copy. L/C at sight is also acceptable. Delivery time: Guarantee 60days for full container order.

Q5: Which lighting fairs or shows our factory goes to every year?

A5: We attend the Spring and Autumn Canton fair in Guangzhou China. Our design & develop department has more than 10 lighting Chinese designers and 2 famous designers from UK. We work for our own new designs and show the new products every time in Canton fair. 

Q6: What kinds of certification our factory have?

A6: We have CE/ROHS certification on 80% of our products by SGS. We also have UL/CUL/SAA/BS certification on all electrical components such as Socket/Cable/Plug/Switch/Fuse etc. 

Q7: How many countries does our factory export the lighting products to?

A7: Until end of 2015, we have already exported our products to more than 60 different countries. Our main market was in Europe before but now is extend to Africa/South of American/Southeast Asia/Mideast Asia.
